The Woodcraft Design Process
Working with Woodcraft Design Build Inc. on a Design Build Project
you will notice many difference from the stories and experiences
you have heard in the past about other contractors.
We do things differently.
review literature and pictures depicting rooms and designs that you liked.
Step 2-establish a budget, (with our help and your input we can set a budget goal)
Step 3-review concept drawings
Step 4- submit plans for pricing (at this stage, we will establish a "hard cost"
Step 5- review plans and pricing (at this stage if pricing is not on target we go back to stage 1 and review wants and needs.)
Step 6-set schedule, and commence construction
